Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern subscriptions to BilKit, operated by DevCults Technologies Pvt Ltd. They form part of our Terms & Conditions. By starting a trial or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Payment Terms.

1. Plans & pricing

BilKit offers a self-serve subscription plan with full access, and an Enterprise plan with custom pricing. The current plans, features, and prices are those shown on our pricing page and at checkout at the time you subscribe. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

2. Free trial

We may offer a free trial for the length shown at signup. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically and your payment method will be charged for the first billing period. You will not be charged during the trial itself.

3. Billing & renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) to the organization that owns the subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. Renewal continues at the then-current price for your plan.

4. Taxes (GST)

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other applicable taxes will be added at the rates required by law and shown on your invoice.

5. Payment processor

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your card and payment details are collected and handled by Razorpay under their own terms and privacy policy; BilKit does not store your full card number. Authorization of recurring payments (mandates) is completed in the Razorpay checkout window.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which paid features are disabled. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep before your access ends.

7. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or features not used. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at connect@thedevscult.com and we will review your request in good faith.

8. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you. If payment remains unresolved, your subscription may be downgraded or suspended, and access to paid features may be restricted until payment succeeds.

9. Price changes

We may change our prices or plans. For existing subscriptions, we will give reasonable notice before a price change takes effect at your next renewal. Continuing your subscription after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
